Position Overview

The Entry-Level Cashier will process customer transactions, assist guests with purchases, and maintain an organized service area. This position is suitable for candidates looking to begin or develop their careers in hospitality and customer service. Paid training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, credit card, and digital payments using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Greet customers and answer basic questions about available food and beverage options.
• Enter orders accurately and provide receipts when needed.
• Maintain an organized and clean cashier station.
• Verify transactions and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are processed correctly.
• Restock front-counter supplies as needed.
• Follow company procedures and applicable food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic math and communication skills.
