Position Overview

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Pop-Up & Kiosk Sales Staff to join our growing team. As a Pop-Up & Kiosk Sales Staff member, you will represent Bocatti Experience at temporary event locations, pop-up activations, and kiosks. You will welcome guests, assist with purchases, prepare customer orders for pickup, and help maintain an organized and inviting service area.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Prepare customer orders for pickup and ensure order accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked kiosk or pop-up location
• Restock food, beverages, and service supplies throughout the shift
• Answer customer questions about menu items and available services
• Assist with setting up and dismantling kiosks before and after events
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures
• Work closely with team members to provide efficient service during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous retail, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Schedule & Compensation

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Compensation:$16.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
